Terms and Conditions;
- to confirm your booking a non refundable deposit is required per cat minimum £25.
- payment in full is required at the start of your cats stay, cash or cheque
- the day of arrival and departure is charged as a full day
- a minimum charge £30.00 is applied to bookings
- no refund given for early collection
- up-to-date vaccination certificates must be brought and left every visit
- cat's flea and worm treatments must be current
- permission to use local vet if required
- acceptance to pay vets fees
- no un-neutered tom cats over the age of 6 months
- for the smooth running of the cattery, collection and delivery times must be strictly adhered to
- abandoned cats may be signed over to a local rehoming charity if no contact has been made with the owner or nominated contact after 14 days of booked collection date.

DATA PROTECTION
To ensure the smooth running of the cattery we keep a record of;
-Your Name Address, Landline and Mobile phone numbers, Email address and Emergency/Nominated contact details.
-Information about your cat and the name, address and phone number of your Vet.
-We store this information to ensure we can contact clients when necessary or in an emergency. Any information we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except as required by law, or in the event of the sale of the cattery,the information would be passed to the new owners only.
-You may request to see the data we store on you.
-We only keep data for the reasons outlined.
